This second session included a smaller team, including the board of directors with two carefully selected employees. The target was to establish core values to for the firm, and a vision for 2015.

I had a hard time discriminating between my own views on the most crucial issues for a firm of this character, the ideas of my colleagues, and teh obvious client perspective. Still, this session was valuable in understanding the mechanisms of transforming the organization and processes of ssark, in particular through the support of Kairos Future. I do find the resulting values and the vision (not posted) a bit low end.
